Reiki Swap - 11am, Tuesday 28th April - Distant Healing with a partner

Following some fantastic healing shares over Zoom, I'm very excited about Tuesday's REIKI SWAP.

This is an opportunity for you to practice Distance Healing with a partner; with support and guidance and an opportunity for feedback and questions.
Open to all levels of training so please feel welcome to join us.

Many are juggling work, home school, partner's work, expeditions to the shop (that make scaling Mount Everest like a walk in the park), etc, etc. So it may be best for us to keep the session to an hour in order to keep the time frame manageable, especially for those with children and those who can only take a short break from work.

The format for the session will be:

11:00am - All join on Zoom for a quick check in and to partner up. 
11:15am - No. 1 sends to No. 2
11:30am - No. 2 sends to No. 1
11:45am - Feedback and Questions

Tools for overcoming challenges - The Phoenix/Firebird

All of us have hit rock bottom at some point and have somehow picked ourselves up again and carried on. This can be so well represented by the Phoenix/Firebird symbolism, and if you bare this in mind, then it can be an incredibly powerful tool for overcoming further challenges. Sometimes, the only person who can pick you up from those ashes, is you. And sometimes you need to become those ashes in order to be able to learn, grow and change. Rising from the ashes once again is an opportunity to decide who, and how, you want to be and it's made even more powerful because it's been fuelled by you and only you, which gives you even more strength and resilience.

Super Moon Vision Board Workshop

VISION BOARD WORKSHOP

On Monday, 9th March 2020 not only will we have a full moon, but it will be a Super Moon too!

That means it's the perfect time to make a supercharged, hugely transformative and incredibly powerful Vision Board and set your intentions, goals, dreams and ideals for the rest of the year.

This Super Moon will be in Virgo too - so that means that planning, precision and attention to detail will be on your side, guaranteeing even more success in achieving what you set out to do.

It will help to clarify what you aim to achieve this year, it will help you to get clear on what really matters to you and what you're passionate about. It may seem obvious but taking the time to put your visions on paper, literally brings them into reality because then your mind knows what to connect with and visualise in order to manifest it. Also, if you don't know what you want, what you're aiming for, how will you know where you're going?

The benefit of doing this in a group is that the energy is stronger and you can also have your friends to support you in achieving your dreams - as well as to hold you accountable if you self-sabotage or chicken out ;-)

Bring all your creativity and passion along and join us to set your super year in motion on the night of the super moon.

- The swaps will be an opportunity for you to practice giving Reiki to others and then receiving Reiki in return. - Get detailed feedback and support for the treatment process and how to go about it.

- Perfect to develop your confidence and practitioner skills.

Be Kind...

I'm astonished every day to find out what sorts of things the people I meet, clients I have, or friends I know; live with without asking for help.

Sometimes they feel too isolated, too broken, too ashamed. Sometimes they don't feel comfortable opening up.

More often than not though, it's simply because people accepted their stock answer and smile, without really listening to the undertone.

Maybe just take a moment to look into someone's eyes and really see their answer so that you might be able to be the friend they desperately need when they're not able to cry out for help.

I go on about Reiki training not being just about a day or two in a room followed by a certificate and then you never actually benefit from it. It seems that those who get support when life gets in the way are the ones that are able to truly make Reiki a part of their life and so it's a big deal to me to not only teach you but support you long term - once you're in the Reiki Family you're always part of the family!

The Surrey School of Reiki celebrates it's 10th birthday this November!

Celebrating in the most special way possible, we're honoured to be joined by none other than Frans Stiene - one of the world's foremost figureheads in the world of Reiki. A truly authentic and genuine Master of the Japanese art of Reiki and an expert in his field.

Frans has been a major influence on global research into the system of Reiki since the early 2000s. His practical understanding of the Japanese influences on the system have allowed students around the world to connect deeply with this practise.

The co-founder of the International House of Reiki and Shibumi International Reiki Association (with Bronwen Logan), Frans has also authored and co-authored the critically acclaimed books:- The Reiki Sourcebook, - The Japanese Art of Reiki, - The Inner Heart of Reiki, - Reiki Insights... to name just a few!

Frans Stiene will be teaching an EXCLUSIVE ONE DAY MEDITATION WORKSHOP which includes ancient Japanese meditation practices that link to the roots of the system of Reiki. This will help you take your own meditation practice to a deeper level, so that you can be happier and healthier in your daily life.

You do not have to be a Reiki Practitioner to benefit from the meditations.
