Laugh at a silly thing you do, smile at a stranger, tell someone you love them, remember a happy time, listen to a favourite song, cuddle a pet, tend a plant, cook a delicious meal.

No matter what one thing you do, no matter how long it takes; each time you choose to seek happiness within your soul, it becomes more of your default... and your default slowly becomes happiness.
