How's this year working out for you? We're almost 9 months into it and it's usually at this point that you've either achieved amazing things (good for for you!) or you're thinking "eek, can we start again?"
The New Year has a lot to answer for quite frankly, it promises you all these things and then ....
Unless you're super motivated and have an idea of where you're going and what you're doing, you land up realising that some of those resolutions only lasted a few weeks.
So, WHY are we creating vision boards when the year is waning?
Because it gives you a chance to look at what you had planned for this year and take stock of what did or didn't happen, what was successful or not and most importantly, whether those things you'd planned to do really were as necessary as you'd initially thought. Chances are that if you haven't done them yet then no, OR it may be that you're too chicken to do them and have been putting them off - am I right?
It's taken me 3 years to realise that making plans for the New Year in January is about as useful as waterproof teabags.
Once January's come around, you should already be in action and moving forward, new year, new energy - not "let's start building up some momentum so that hopefully in a month we can do something worthwhile", because by then you've already missed the motivation boat!
"You have to have a vision and a plan to execute, so every step moves you forward." OPRAH
Now is the perfect time to reassess this year and look at next year so that you've got 4 months to iron out the kinks and get things in place to really make 2018 rock. Hence, the vision board.
"If you think vision boards are bogus, then the joke’s on you." Elizabeth Rider
It's a well-known fact that athletes use visualization to enhance their sporting performance and that mental imagery conditions one for success. Putting your visions/dreams/desires/aspirations into visual form helps you to remember them, be accountable to them and most importantly, it reminds you to never let go of your dreams because they really do matter.
This workshop is perfect for you if you want to:

* Make a commitment to yourself that you can stick to, not because you have to but because you want to
