REIKI LEVEL 1 (FIRST DEGREE)

There are 3 levels of Reiki - Level 1 (also known as First Degree/Shoden), Level 2 (Second Degree/Okuden) and Masters (Shinpiden). You begin at Level 1 and work up. In Level 1 you are attuned to Reiki (your ability to give Reiki is enhanced or as some might say “opened up”). You will learn how to give Reiki and how to work with the Reiki energy. Level 1 is for your own healing and is suitable for all beginners, including seasoned practitioners who would like to enhance/deepen/refresh their knowledge. You will be able to give healing to yourself, your friends, family and pets.

Your course includes:

• Teaching tailored specifically to each individual attending the course so that your learning style and unique perspective is addressed throughout to make the training highly relevant to your daily life

• Comprehensive manual, written to National Occupational Learning Standards

• An internationally recognised certificate, a copy of the Reiki Precepts and your Lineage

• Both online and in-person training - notably, including vitally important supervised hands-on practice and in-person attunements (Guildford)

• Bonus email support course - videos, meditations and additional information to help you remember what you learnt

• Unlimited lifetime support as well as dedicated time each week to call in and ask questions

Friday 6th, Saturday 7th, Sunday 8th September 2024.

A mix of theoretical study (online) and in-person practice (Guildford) has been intentionally created following years of student feedback. This ensures that the course is still achievable around your family/weekend and allows time for reflection and dissemination of information.

2pm to 6pm each day

• Hand placements for giving healing to yourself and others
• Guided Meditations
• Attunements
• Working with animals, plants, food, crystals
• 21 day cleansing cycle/habituation process
• Daily Reiki practice
• Basic Reiki Ethics
